Lead formula and packaging development; coordinate with Regulatory to ensure compliance.

Lead PLM process; coordinate risk analysis and approvals with the interdisciplinary team.

Execute internal sensory evaluations, analyze data, and generate reports.

Approve theoretical nutrition facts for the copacker.

Approve trial reports for the copacker.

Approve formula, nutrition, and packaging specs in Agile.

Approve artworks in Atlas (R&D; Product and Packaging).
