We are seeking a

Lead Data Engineer to drive data semantics, governance, and AI/ML integration within an AWS-focused engagement. You will own key technical decisions, shape governance processes, and apply Amazon SageMaker capabilities to deliver measurable outcomes—apply now to make an impact.

Responsibilities

- Lead the data engineering workstream and own technical decisions end to end

- Design and implement data governance frameworks aligned to organizational needs

- Define data models, ontologies, and a semantic layer to support analytics use cases

- Build AI/ML integration workflows using Amazon SageMaker Unified Studio

- Develop and integrate AI agents to enable intelligent data and analytics experiences

- Design analytics platform components following AWS best practices

- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align scope, priorities, and delivery

Requirements

- 5+ years of data engineering experience

- AWS data and analytics experience

- Proven leadership experience leading a data engineering workstream

- Strong project ownership skills in consulting-style engagements

- Expert-level Amazon SageMaker Unified Studio skills

- Expert-level AI agent development and integration skills





- Advanced data governance skills and process implementation experience

- AWS Certified Data Analytics – Specialty certification

- Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to work independently

- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2, Upper-Intermediate)
