and medical education activities

Defining standards for the review and approval of promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure compliance with applicable requirements.

Developing tactical and operational plans to aid in the creation of promotional and non-promotional materials, including publications, scientific or technical literature, and training, education, and disease-state awareness materials.

Integrating Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.

Qualifications MD is desirable

Expertise in Oncology, Immunology, or Hematology is desirable

3-5 Years Work Experience in pharma industry ideally in Medical Affairs as Sr MSL or Medical Manager roles, proven track record of leading people with complex accountabilities and broad experience working with teams outside of medical affairs

Deep knowledge of drug development process, including clinical epidemiology, randomized controlled trials, and publication plans Communication and presentation skills

Business acumen

Teamwork, negotiation, coaching and influencing skills – able to work effectively in a matrix

Proven capability in attracting and developing talent to support future succession needs

Deep understanding in healthcare and medical compliance

Proven capacity to work through complexity, difficulty, and adverse situations with agility and adaptability
