Al Arabia Group Chile is seeking an experienced Jefe de Planificación Financiera to lead the company's financial planning and analysis (FP&A;) function. This executive-level role is responsible for developing financial forecasts, supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights, and ensuring the organization's financial objectives are met. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to evaluate business performance, optimize financial planning processes, and drive long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends and risks.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to executive management.
- Collaborate with department leaders to develop budgets and forecast operational performance.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial planning data and reporting.
- Support long-term financial planning, investment analysis, and profitability initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial planning processes, systems, and reporting tools.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA, Master's degree in Finance, or a professional certification (CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or financial management.
- At least 3–5 years of leadership or managerial experience in an executive or senior finance role.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience using business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Professional proficiency in English is considered an asset.
