Under the masterful direction of Chef Francesco Mazzei, The Villa Corinthia delivers a menu that celebrates the finest Mediterranean flavours with an Italian flair. A standout is the sea antipasto, a delicate yet decadent starter that showcases the freshest seafood including tuna, red prawn and octopus. The misto fritto is a delightful medley of textures, featuring perfectly crisp potato and aubergine croquettes alongside golden arancini, each bursting with flavour.
