About The Role Partner with the VP, Proposals to execute the regional proposals strategy, enhancing team capability, proposal quality, resource utilization, and delivery efficiency.

Lead, coach, and develop the South America Proposals team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Manage proposal priorities, resources, and workload across the region, ensuring compliance with Ausenco's proposal processes, governance, and quality standards.

Partner with Business Development, Operations, and Technical leaders to support capture planning, win strategies, and strategic pursuits.

Lead and support high-value, complex proposals, collaborating across regions, business lines, and joint ventures.

Develop compelling, client-focused proposals by translating technical solutions into clear and differentiated value propositions.

Conduct client, competitor, and market research to strengthen pursuit strategies and competitive positioning.

Maintain and enhance proposal resources, templates, project descriptions, résumés, and supporting materials.

Monitor proposal performance, including pipeline, resource capacity, proposal quality, win rates, and team utilization.

About

You 10+ years of experience in proposal management, pursuit management, business development support, project delivery, or a related professional services environment.

Proven experience leading high-performing teams and managing complex proposals within engineering, EPCM, mining, energy, infrastructure, or consulting.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is an asset.

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

Solid business acumen with experience in capture planning, win strategy development, and client-focused positioning.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is an asset.

Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and organizational skills, with the ability to work across cultures and geographies.
