What You'll Do As Controller and Head of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting operations within the Chilean entity. Your day-to-day activities will involve managing month-end and year-end closes, ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements, handling external audits, maintaining internal controls, driving process improvements through automation, partnering with global colleagues on reporting matters, supporting budgeting efforts, collaborating across departments for enhanced procedures, and contributing to finance-related projects. What You Bring To excel as Controller and Head of Finance, you bring proven experience from senior roles within accounting or controllership—ideally gained at Audit Manager level within Big 4 firms or similar environments.
