Market Data Analyst

40 hours per week, hybrid in Venlo (NL)

As a Market Data Analyst, you act as a trusted sparring partner to senior management and internal stakeholders for information on markets and competitors. You interpret market and competitive data, derive meaningful insights, and support others in understanding the business implications behind the numbers.

The focus of this role is not on deep data science, but on translating data into insights and providing advice to support strategic decision making.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver clear market, product portfolio and competitive insights based on quantitative and qualitative data,



both ad hoc as well as in recurring reporting
- Act as a sparring partner for senior managers and internal stakeholders by translating data into actionable business insights and recommendations
- Support mid-term strategic planning by assessing market developments, business potential and strategic decisions on product positioning and roadmap
- Provide recommendations on competitive positioning, Canon product portfolio positioning and relevant market developments
- Manage relationships with external market research institutes and analyst networks
- Continuously improve reporting frameworks, methodologies, tools and processes

Who You’ll Work With

You will be part of the Product Strategy and Planning organization and work closely with a broad range of stakeholders across Canon Production Printing, regional headquarters and Canon Inc.
