About The Role In this role, you will shape clear, trusted messaging experiences that help job seekers and employers move toward successful hires. You will design AI-powered capabilities for a mature general marketplace, owning work from early discovery through launch and optimization across mobile and desktop.

Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end messaging experiences for job seekers and employers across mobile and desktop

- Own product design from discovery and concept development through delivery, launch, and iteration

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers to align user needs, technical constraints, and success measures

- Create user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity interfaces, and implementation-ready specifications

- Develop reusable messaging patterns for reply prompts, expectation setting, status transparency, and re-engagement

- Conduct and synthesize qualitative research and usability testing to refine AI-powered features and interaction models

- Apply experiment findings and product data to improve messaging quality, responsiveness, efficiency, and trust

- Partner with engineering throughout implementation to maintain design-system consistency, accessibility, and interaction quality

Requirements

- Strong experience with 5+ years in product or UX design at a Senior Individual Contributor level,



supported by a portfolio of end-to-end digital product work

- Advanced proficiency with Figma, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and high-fidelity interface design

- Strong experience designing complex products and two-sided user journeys across mobile and desktop

- Practical experience using mature design systems and contributing reusable components and product patterns

- Solid knowledge of AI-assisted design or prototyping tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar solutions

- Hands-on experience with qualitative research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate and improve designs

- Good understanding of WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards and inclusive design principles;

experience with hiring technology, marketplace platforms, or technically complex products is an advantage

- Upper-intermediate English level or higher to collaborate across distributed teams, and maintain significant overlap with US Pacific and Central working hours
