Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Santiago.

The Project

Manager will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met. Daily responsibilities include coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing resources, monitoring progress, and addressing risks and issues. The role involves liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, preparing project reports, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

The Project





Manager will also support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to best practices for project governance within Colas.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to track, coordinate, and expedite materials, equipment, and services for timely project delivery.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify work quality, adherence to specifications, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to organize transport, storage, and distribution of materials and optimize supply chain flows.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience managing infrastructure or construction projects, ideally within large, complex environments.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate with diverse teams, and adapt to dynamic project conditions.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office; familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills in en_US; additional language skills are an asset.
