- Orders booked responsibility for whole offering
- Promote Valmet´s lifecycle offering and solutions
- Identify and document customer plans, needs and objectives and converting them into sales and development projects; guide customer selecting solution options.
- Know customer´s decision making and purchasing processes and guiding us through it
- Support customer negotiations and coordinate Valmet wide offerings
- Guide mill teams towards bundling and value adding solutions
- Developing a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders, working as lead point of contact for all matters
- Expanding scope on existing customers and paving the way for whole offering (contracts, standards etc.)
- Coordinating and leading of activities in the client interface, including communication with the customer, visits, product promotion, sales and success of delivery
- Collecting and following customer feedback and satisfaction
- Assisting with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
- Mill shutdown-restart and service clock scheduling
Requirements
- 5 – 8 years of experience in the pulp and paper industry
- Degree in civil engineering or related field
- Advanced level of written and spoken English is required
