Sales & Business Development Chile Onsite Lead Full-Time Jul 30, 2026

What You'll Do

Lead a team of 10 sales representatives in achieving hunting and farming objectives for SMBs in the Bíobío/Concepción region. Monitor monthly acquisition, billing, and profitability targets, proposing actionable strategies to meet them. Ensure accurate sales and lead information input by representatives and evaluate performance and opportunities. Actively seek new medium and large clients for Mercado Pago products.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. At least 2 years of experience leading sales teams. Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation software.
