About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SAP MM/PTP Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) and Procure‑to‑Pay (PTP) end‑to‑end processes, with a proven track record leading implementations, optimizing procurement operations, and integrating MM with other SAP modules (FI, SD, EWM, Ariba, etc.).

Fluency in English is mandatory, as the role involves daily interaction with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP MM/PTP process design, configuration, and implementation across multiple projects.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Configure core MM components: Purchasing, Inventory Management, Vendor Management, Pricing Procedures, Release Strategies, and Invoice Verification.
- Support and optimize PTP end‑to‑end processes, from Purchase Requisition to Vendor Payment.
- Conduct workshops, gather functional requirements, and document business process flows.
- Integrate MM with FI, SD, EWM, PP, and external procurement platforms such as Ariba.
- Provide expert support for incident resolution, enhancements, and system improvements.
- Lead testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT) and coordinate with business and technical teams.
- Prepare and deliver training to key users and end users.
- Ensure best practices, system governance, and data quality standards.




- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing strategic process recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 10+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP MM and PTP processes.
- Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations (at least 3–4 full projects).
- Strong expertise in:
- Purchase Requisitions & Purchase Orders
- Goods Receipt / Goods Issue
- Invoice Verification
- Release Strategies
- Inventory Management and Stock Movements
- Experience working in S/4HANA environments (preferred).
- Strong integration knowledge with SAP FI, SD, EWM, PP, and/or SAP Ariba.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work with cross‑functional general teams.
- Fluent English (mandatory) for global communication and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP S/4HANA Procurement certification (nice to have).
- Experience in highly regulated or high‑volume industries (CPG, manufacturing, retail, mining, etc.).
- Experience leading nearshore/offshore delivery teams.
- Knowledge of EDI, IDocs, Output Management, and procurement automation tools.
