About theRole:
This role is responsible for leading the HSE area primarily for theclient locations in Chile, coordinating and supervising the direct reportingteam, assigning functions and monitoring compliance reports.
Design and implement the annual risk management program for GWS CBREChile accounts, establishing strategies for risk assessment and controlmeasurement, advising internal and external clients in a timely manner.
Support the implementation and development of a robust OHS, Environmentand Energy management system aligned to client requirements in other LATAMcountries.
What You’llDo:
Ensure full implementation of CBRE DCS HSEStandards and policies, and client CHS, Environment and Energy managementrequirements.
Keep the information contained in the internalregulations for CBRE Chile updated.
Regulations and implementations related tosafety and health, environment and energy, as well as monitor theirapplication, generating compliance reports.
Generate exam requests, maintain records ofthese and other services provided by the administering agency, generatePurchase Orders with the appropriate parties, ensuring proper payment forservices within the established deadlines. Exam registration.
Generation of safety campaigns and interactiveactivities to promote occupational health and safety, environmental managementand energy conservation within the company.
Review job studies for possible occupationaldiseases in conjunction with the managing body.
Generation of Draft / review health and safetyprocedures for certain critical tasks.
Managing training sessions in accordance withthe annual training program, ensuring its proper implementation and compliance.Registering participants on the administering organization's platform.
Perform correct application and monitoring ofMINSAL protocols for the head office.
Conduct IRL inductions for all employees hiredfor the head office.
Keep records of subcontracts, ensuring theproper uploading of information to document control platforms.
What You’llNeed:
Have a registration with the Regional HealthAuthority (Seremi de Salud).
Having at least 3 years of experience inleadership positions with staff under supervision, ideally in the serviceindustry, building management, real estate or construction sectors
Extensive knowledge of Subcontracting Law,exclusive
Adecuado knowledge of Disaster Risk Management Plan
Handling current legal regulations on prevention
Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
Bilingual English/Spanish.
