Customer Success Renewals Lead, Enterprise - SecuritiAI

About The Role

Veeam, following its acquisition of SecuritiAI - the leader in AI-powered Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) - is seeking a Customer Success Renewals Lead, Enterprise to drive customer retention, adoption, and expansion across an assigned portfolio of Enterprise customers throughout the Americas. In this role,



you will partner closely with Sales Engineers, Sales Specialists, Account Executives, Customer Success, Product Management, and Support to maximize Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), ensure successful renewals, and identify opportunities to expand customers' adoption of the Securiti AI platform. Success in this role requires a customer-first mindset, strong commercial acumen, and a solid understanding of enterprise cybersecurity, cloud security, data governance, and privacy technologies.

What You'll Do

- Own the renewal strategy and execution for an assigned portfolio of General Enterprise customers.
- Drive customer retention by proactively managing subscription renewals and minimizing churn.
