What You'll Do
Ensure an exceptional welcome experience and smooth boarding for users at the airport. Guide users to the correct van, validating tickets and ensuring a seamless journey. Serve as a point of reference for users, addressing their questions and providing clear information about the boarding process.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in customer service roles, ideally in transportation, tourism, or hospitality sectors. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a genuine orientation towards improving user experience. Flexibility to work rotating shifts in an outdoor airport environment.
