What You'll Do
Manage the strategic relationship with Mastercard, ensuring compliance with existing agreements and identifying opportunities for portfolio growth. Act as the business contact for regulatory bodies, facilitating communication between the Cards team and Compliance. Support the product improvement process by analyzing operational bugs and prioritizing resolutions to enhance user experience.
What We're Looking For
4+ years of experience in operations, financial products, or regulatory compliance, preferably in the fintech or payment industry. Knowledge of international payment networks and regulatory bodies is essential. Proficiency in data analysis tools, with experience in SQL or other BI tools valued.
