Core Responsibilities
Manage relationships with Last Mile carriers, oversee suppliers, and define service levels. Analyze quality, efficiency, and service KPIs, transforming data into actionable plans. Serve as the connection point between SVC and high-impact teams such as Operational Excellence and Loss Prevention. Ensure proper routing and distribution functionality by communicating SVC needs to route designers. Develop and implement operational improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Civil Engineering or related fields. Experience in logistics or operations. Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools. Interest in applying generative artificial intelligence models like ChatGPT to enhance daily productivity.
Availability for on-site work in weekly shifts from Monday to Friday and Tuesday to Saturday.
