Responsibilities
- Lead Management
— Conduct initial outreach to potential clients, qualify their profile, and route them to the appropriate sales executive.
- Proposal Preparation
— Prepare tailored sales presentations, commercial proposals, and product quotes for instruments such as stocks, funds, and derivatives.
- Closing Support
— Assist sales executives during negotiations, monitor progress,



and follow up on contract closures or account openings.
- Customer Service
— Resolve operational inquiries including transfer status, platform access, and account statement visibility.
- Client Retention
— Execute proactive loyalty campaigns to inform clients about expirations, market events, and new product opportunities.
- CRM Management
— Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records, logging all interactions and tracking progress through the sales funnel.
- Reporting
— Prepare periodic commercial reports covering KPIs, transaction volumes, and new client acquisition metrics.
- Internal Liaison
— Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, and Back Office to ensure smooth processing of client orders.
- Research Support
— Organize, format, and distribute newsletters or market reports produced by the analysis team.
