Role Description
The Key Account Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Santiago, with a mix of on-site meetings and work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, understanding their stakeholder engagement and sustainability needs, and aligning SSINDEX solutions to support their goals. Day-to-day tasks include developing account plans,



leading presentations and product demonstrations, coordinating implementation and follow-up, and monitoring client satisfaction and performance indicators. The Key Account Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services, prepare regular reports and insights for clients, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The role also involves responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate account records in the CRM.

Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Key Accounts experience, with the ability to build long-term, trust-based client relationships.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, generate insights, and support evidence-based recommendations for clients.
- Business Planning capabilities, including developing account strategies, setting goals, and tracking performance against targets.
