Regional Sales Manager – Aviation Aftermarket Components - South America

We are a fast-growing aviation aftermarket company specializing in the trading and supply of aircraft components for commercial aviation platforms including Airbus and Boeing aircraft. Our focus includes component sales, surplus inventory solutions, repair management, aircraft teardown projects, and integral support for airlines, MROs, lessors, and aviation suppliers worldwide.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Sales Manager to support and expand our global component sales activities within the aviation aftermarket sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, managing RFQs, negotiating sales opportunities, sourcing material, and driving revenue growth across international markets.

Key Responsibilities
:

* Develop and maintain relationships with airlines, MROs, leasing companies, OEMs, and aviation suppliers.

* Manage daily RFQs, quotations, negotiations,



and sales activities for aircraft components and material packages.

* Identify new business opportunities and actively grow the customer portfolio.

* Source and purchase aviation components from global suppliers and surplus inventories.

* Coordinate with internal operations, logistics, and quality teams to ensure smooth order execution.

* Maintain accurate sales records and customer activity within company systems.

* Support strategic initiatives related to aircraft teardowns, consignment programs, and repair management.

* Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity within the aviation aftermarket sector.

* Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings globally when required.

* Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company growth objectives.

Requirements
:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in aviation aftermarket, component trading, MRO sale
