About The Role
As a Principal, Property & Workplace, you will be accountable for the delivery and governance of workplace and property services across assigned locations, ensuring alignment with BHP standards and business needs. You will act as a trusted partner to stakeholders,
translating current and future business requirements into workplace, occupancy, and capital planning strategies. This role provides an opportunity to influence workplace experiences, support strategic business outcomes, and connect local priorities with global Property & Workplace initiatives. You will leverage your expertise across facilities management, workplace operations, real estate, leasing, sustainability, and project delivery to drive continuous improvement, enhance workplace performance, and support safe and sustainable operations. Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, and the ability to balance operational delivery with long-term planning and business priorities.
