Our client is a leading e-learning course creation platform, providing software and content that supports course developers and helps organisations create engaging digital learning experiences.
They are seeking a strategic and operationally strong Senior Project Manager to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives across their Go-to-Market (GTM) organisation. This full-time, remote role will partner with senior leaders across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success and Enablement to improve GTM effectiveness and support integral growth.
This is not a coordination-focused role. It requires strong judgement, excellent stakeholder skills and the ability to bring structure, clarity and momentum to complex programmes. The role will have specific ownership of the web programme roadmap, working closely with Web Strategy and Development leadership to drive prioritisation, execution and delivery, while also supporting wider GTM and marketing programmes as required.

- Translating business priorities into actionable plans, repeatable processes and scalable workflows
- Improving GTM project management methodologies, templates, intake systems and operating rhythms
- Identifying dependencies across teams and proactively managing risks before they impact delivery
- Facilitating alignment across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success and Enablement
