Senior Technical Support Engineer at BairesDev
As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will serve as a primary technical point of contact, ensuring a seamless experience for our partners and customers. You will act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges, utilizing your expertise to diagnose and resolve high-level integration issues.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee technical customer support operations, specifically focusing on complex API-related issues and application code analysis.
- Lead the technical onboarding process for new partners, providing guidance to ensure efficient integration with our ecosystems.
- Analyze system data and integration points to identify root causes of connectivity or performance hurdles.
- Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to align success metrics and improve long-term system reliability.
- Document complex technical resolutions and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing across the support organization.
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Support Engineering or a related customer-facing technical role.
- Proven expertise in REST API troubleshooting and reading application code to identify issues.
- Proficiency in using SQL for data querying and analysis during integration support.
