About the Role

RPMGlobal is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business growth, acquire new customers, and expand RPM's presence across the mining sector in Chile and the broader Latin American region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities with mining companies, contractors, consultants, and owner-operators. This role is focused on winning new logos, building strategic relationships with key decision-makers, and positioning RPMGlobal's software and advisory solutions as the preferred choice for mining operations and projects.

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record in enterprise software sales, business development, or technology solutions within the mining and/or capital-intensive industries. You will be a self-starter who thrives on opening new doors, building pipelines, and closing complex sales opportunities.

This is a permanent, full-time role based in Las Condes, Santiago, Chile.





Regular travel throughout Chile and Latin America will be required.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across the mining sector in Chile and Latin America.
- Develop and execute territory and market penetration plans designed to increase RPMGlobal's market share and win new customers.
- Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events, and targeted outreach campaigns.
- Establish relationships with executive, operational, technical, and procurement stakeholders within target accounts.
- Generate demand for RPMGlobal's software and consulting solutions through strategic engagement and value-based selling.

Sales
- Achieve assigned quarterly and annual sales targets for software licences, subscriptions, services, and consulting solutions.
