Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Google Ads,YouTube, DV360 or similar digital advertising campaigns and platforms.
- Experience managing multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders.
- Ability to deliver results in a changing environment.
- Exceptional client service and relationship building skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with partners to achieve business goals.
- Effective organizational, investigative and influencing skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
