Department Overview
The presales team under our International Go To Market and Portfolio Strategy group leads technical sales support, proposal creation, and ecosystem integration across the region. At Motorola Solutions, safety and security are at the heart of everything we do as we continue "Solving for safer" across LATAM. We build and connect mission-critical technologies—from radio communications to command centers—enabling public safety agencies and defense organizations to protect people, property, and places.
Job Description

As a Mid-level Presales Engineer, you will drive mission-critical presales projects across the LATAM Military & Defense (M&D;) sector. Partnering closely with Sales Managers and cross-functional engineering teams, you will analyze customer needs, create sound technical designs, and articulate how our ecosystem solutions can deliver real-world impact.
