About the position
This role involves managing cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans for proposals, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements, and driving the proposal process from inception to delivery.



The position requires creativity, innovation, and strong leadership skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams, ultimately aiming to secure competitive offers for architecture, engineering, environmental, construction, and other professional services contracts.
Responsibilities
- Manage proposal efforts for our DoD clients
- Lead proposal strategy discussions, GNGs, and kick-off meetings for U.S. federal pursuits.
- Drive development and manage proposal team including technical leaders, marketing coordinators, technical writers, and graphics.
- Manage proposal teams through the development and production process from start to finish.
- Collaborate with the team in developing various proposal sections including resumes, project descriptions, management, and other sections and volumes as required.
- Facilitate color reviews and status review meetings
- Facilitate timely production and delivery of fin
