Through a structured training and development experience, participants receive educational content designed to help them navigate the organization, develop key technical and interpersonal skills, and gain a deeper understanding of the

During journey in our program, you'll collaborate with our expert professionals to influence and shape decisions and initiatives that support our businesses across the firm.

In Chile, DTF opportunities are open to candidates who graduated within the last
12 months
.
Participants are hired for an initial
6-month
period, with the possibility of extension up to
18 months
based on participant performance, feedback, and business needs.

In this opportunity the
Local Market Sales team
is looking a new team member.
In this role you will have the opportunity to develop professional skills through various trainings and coaching, and also you will support the team on Chilean entities (4) financial statements, capital adequacy, liquidity, credit and market risk controls and regulatory reporting related to all these topics, helping to ensure that accounting and regulatory reports are in compliance with local and corporate requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist with FX, Options, Rates derivatives, and Fixed Income products.
Prepare and distribute daily market reports.
Develop and deliver marketing presentations.
Participate in and contribute to client meetings to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Generate and propose investment ideas.
Conduct comprehensive market analysis.
Middle Office Responsibilities:
Manage the booking of financial products.
Compile and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Support client onboarding processes.
Job Requirements:
Advanced English proficiency
Full-time availability to work in person
Recent graduate (within the last 12 months) on Finance, Accountancy or Business Administration.
Knowledge in financial products (focus on derivatives).
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Results-driven, "can-do" attitude with a focus on execution and delivery
Highly organized and disciplined, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Team-oriented, with strong collaboration and emerging leadership skills
Proactive and dynamic, with the ability to perform well under pressure
Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
Basic knowledge of finance and accounting
Strong data skills, including proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Power BI and/or SQL, to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making
Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., generative AI) to improve productivity, analysis, and problem-solving, using sound judgment and following applicable guidelines
