The Executive Manager of Operations and Technical Support holds overall responsibility for directing the company's aircraft maintenance, technical support, and training operations. This leadership role ensures technical excellence, continuous workforce development, and full regulatory compliance across all aviation activities.
Primary Responsibilities:
Technical Support (Headquarters and Subsidiaries, covering all technical aspects under AHCL's area of responsibility):
Manage the Technical Support Center, addressing all Level 1 (L1) technical inquiries via Technical Expressions (TEs) within the Southern Cone influence area, while collaborating with the Regional Hub and Headquarters to handle remaining queries.
Ensure the execution of Technical Representative (Tech Rep) services based on emerging needs from local or regional clients.
Coordinate and manage response efforts during accidents or incidents, liaising with aviation authorities and internal business units within the Group.
Guarantee proper contract management and distribution of technical documentation, managing access rights to information for both the MRO and clients, as well as providing support for connected services.
Support the preparation and execution of technical client visits as required (ideally conducted jointly with the CEFO team).
Maintenance Center (MRO):
Ensure and manage the necessary resources for maintenance activities, including infrastructure, tooling, technical documentation, and team training.
Ensure and manage human resources (mechanics, supervisors, structural specialists, and avionics technicians) with the appropriate certifications to execute maintenance required by clients, in full compliance with market demands, active regulations (DGAC, ANAC, etc.), and Headquarters standards.
