Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales / Marketing Specialist with a proven background in the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) industry, specifically within Malaysia. The idóneo candidate should possess relevant experience in sales and marketing within the NDT sector and have a well-established network of decision-makers in NDT inspection companies across Malaysia. Target Market: The role will involve engaging with the following sectors:

NDT Inspection/ Service Companies
Heavy Fabrication Yards
Casting & Forging Industries/ Foundries
Automotive Ancillaries 1
Railways/Component Manufacturers
Oil & Gas
Bearing/Gears Manufacturers




Piping & Tubes
Heavy Earth Moving Machinery
Aerospace Component Manufacturers
General Engineering

Requirements

Customer Relationship Management:

Proven ability to manage relationships with end users.

Targeted Sales Skills:

Experience in achieving targeted sales outcomes.

Travel Readiness:

Willingness to travel extensively to meet with customers.

Industrial Sales Expertise:

Background in industrial sales & marketing.

Effective Communication:

Fluent in English; capable of reading, writing, and speaking proficiently.

Capital Goods Sales Experience:

Experience In Selling Premium Industrial Capital Goods Is Preferred.

Track Record:

Demonstrated success in industrial sales, particularly in welding products.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
