Project Overview
Mining and Metals:
Increasing production of critical minerals provides key components of clean energy technologies, from wind turbines to batteries. This shift to clean energy—and the need for commodities—is critical to underpinning the energy transition. At Bechtel, our teams extract these vital resources to support net zero in a way which is more sustainable than ever before.
Job Summary
Bechtel's University Hire program is aimed at young professionals who are just starting their career. Its purpose is to provide a comprehensive experience that allows us to understand the operation of the business, the main functions involved in our projects, and access training and professional development instances.During the course of the program, whose duration is two years and which starts in January 2027, the participants will be assigned to specific proje
