Job Overview

We're looking for a Portuguese-speaking Virtual Assistant to support our growing property management operations. If you're organized, proactive, and have experience in short-term rentals or property management, we'd love to hear from you

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support for property management operations
Manage guest communications in English and Portuguese
Assist with reservations, inquiries, and booking management
Coordinate with property owners, guests, cleaners, and maintenance teams
Update calendars and booking platforms
Perform general virtual assistant and administrative tasks

Requirements

Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and verbal)
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant




Experience in property management or short-term rentals
Hands-on experience with Airbnb and Booking.com
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Experience with Hostaway is a plus, but not required
