You will be part of a growing team, gaining exposure to complex deal environments and cross-border projects.Requirements:Previous experience within Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence (FDD); or2–4 years of Audit experience followed by Transaction Services / FDD experience.Strong exposure to financial due diligence engagements and transaction-related projects.Excellent analytical,



financial modelling and report-writing skills.Experience working with clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentLanguage RequirementsEnglish is essential, as approximately 80% of reports are prepared in English.Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
