The HR Support Specialist plays a critical role in providing advanced support for complex HR inquiries and issues that cannot be resolved by the Tier 1 HR Helpdesk team. This role requires a deep understanding of HR policies at the country, regional and integral levels along with expertise in systems, and processes, as well as the ability to liaise with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure the timely resolution of escalated issues. The HR Support Specialist is responsible for managing and resolving advanced HR cases, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function.

What You Will Do




Manage and resolve complex HR inquiries and escalated employee cases across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Process HR transactions in Workday and maintain accurate employee data in compliance with company policies and service standards.
Provide advanced support for HR systems and technology, including troubleshooting, system updates, integrations, and user support.
Partner with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and Tier 1 HR teams to address complex issues and deliver employee support solutions.
Coordinate with external vendors, benefits providers, payroll partners, and regulatory stakeholders to resolve specialized HR matters and ensure service quality.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies while serving as a subject matter expert and driving continuous improvement of HR processes and services.
