Data Scientist at BairesDev

As a Data Scientist, you will extract actionable insights from complex datasets using advanced statistical analysis and machine learning techniques. You will play a key role in driving data-informed decision-making by designing rigorous experiments and building predictive models that solve core business challenges.

What You'll Do

Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines to solve predictive modeling problems.




Conduct thorough statistical analysis and data exploration to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Develop and execute A/B tests and other experimental designs to validate product hypotheses and features.
Build and maintain scalable data solutions using Python and R to support automated insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data science solutions.
Communicate complex technical findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.

What We Are Looking For

4+ years of experience in Applied Science, Machine Learning, or a related research-driven engineering field.
Proven expertise in applying advanced ML research and statistics to solve production-scale problems.
Strong track record of bridging academic research and software engineering to ship production features.
Experience in experimental design and research-to-production workflows.
