SEO Analyst at BairesDev

As an SEO Analyst, you will drive organic growth by optimizing digital presence for technical organizations. You will lead the development and execution of comprehensive search strategies, ensuring high visibility and performance across search engines while adapting to the evolving landscape of AI-driven search.

What You'll Do

Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits and implement optimizations to improve site architecture and crawlability.




Develop and execute data-driven content strategies that align with user intent and business objectives.
Manage and scale link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority and search rankings.
Monitor and analyze search performance metrics using industry-standard tools to provide actionable insights.
Integrate AI and LLM-aware methodologies into SEO workflows to stay ahead of modern search engine algorithms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into development and marketing initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience in SEO, growth, or digital marketing for technical companies.
Proven expertise in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
Strong background in data analysis, content strategy, and link building.
Proficiency in implementing AI and LLM-aware SEO strategies.
Advanced proficiency in English.
