Graphics Engineer at BairesDev

As a Graphics Engineer, you will design and develop high-performance rendering pipelines and visual effects for games and real-time visualizations. You will translate artistic vision into technical reality by optimizing GPU performance and implementing advanced shader techniques to ensure seamless, high-fidelity graphical experiences.

What You'll Do

Design, implement, and maintain production-grade rendering pipelines using OpenGL, Vulkan, or DirectX.




Develop and optimize complex shaders to achieve specific visual effects and lighting models.
Perform deep GPU profiling and optimization to ensure high frame rates across various hardware configurations.
Research and implement state-of-the-art real-time rendering techniques and algorithms.
Collaborate with technical artists and engine developers to define graphical standards and performance budgets.
Debug and resolve complex low-level graphical issues and hardware-specific rendering bugs.

What We Are Looking For

4+ years of experience in Game Development or Graphics Engineering.
Proven expertise in developing rendering pipelines and visual effects.
Advanced proficiency in shader programming and GPU optimization.
Hands-on experience with graphics APIs such as OpenGL, Vulkan, or DirectX.
Strong understanding of real-time graphics for games and visualization.
Advanced proficiency in English.
