We are looking for a Senior Mining Engineer to lead mine planning, design and technical support for large-scale open-pit copper operations in the Antofagasta region.
Responsibilities
Develop short- and long-term mine plans and pit designs.
Optimize drill & blast, load & haul and equipment productivity.
Coordinate with geology, processing and infrastructure teams.
Support feasibility studies and capital project reviews.
Requirements
Mining Engineering degree with 8+ years in open-pit operations.
Proficiency with Deswik, Vulcan or MineSight.
Strong knowledge of CAPEX/OPEX estimation.
Advanced English; willingness to work on site (roster).
