Technical Program Manager at BairesDev

As a Technical Program Manager, you will oversee the execution of large-scale technical initiatives, ensuring alignment between engineering capabilities and business objectives. You will drive operational excellence by harmonizing efforts across diverse teams and maintaining clear visibility on progress and strategic goals.

What You'll Do

Orchestrate the delivery of complex technical programs from inception to completion across multiple departments.
Define and refine program roadmaps,



ensuring technical strategies are translated into actionable project milestones.
Facilitate high-level technical discussions to resolve dependencies and streamline inter-team collaboration.
Establish robust program management frameworks to maintain quality and efficiency at scale.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing transparent updates on project health and technical risks.
Optimize engineering workflows by identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable process improvements.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering leadership roles.
Proven expertise in coordinating complex technical programs across multiple engineering teams.
Strong technical literacy with a solid background in engineering or systems architecture.
Hands-on experience defining technical strategy and program roadmaps at scale.
