As a Program Manager, you will oversee technical delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring high-impact projects reach completion efficiently. You will act as a key connector between cross-functional teams and stakeholders, streamlining communication and alignment to achieve strategic objectives.

What You'll Do

Lead the end-to-end execution of complex technical programs, ensuring delivery stays aligned with business goals.




Coordinate multiple engineering teams to manage interdependencies and resolve bottlenecks throughout the development lifecycle.
Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and resource allocation.
Leverage project management frameworks to track milestones and ensure high-quality technical outcomes.
Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical departments to ensure shared understanding of project requirements.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes to optimize efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience in technical project management, software development, or technical leadership.
Proven expertise in managing technical delivery, coordinating multiple teams, and tracking dependencies.
