We are seeking an experienced Regional Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team at PIL, that would be responsible for driving the commercial performance of the LARO region translating trade, commercial and customer service strategies into effective country-level execution.
The role provides functional leadership across commercial and customer-facing teams, ensuring effective pricing, cargo flow management, customer retention and commercial performance. The incumbent acts as the key interface between Headquarter and country organizations to strengthen sales capability, improve commercial discipline and deliver sustainable volume and business.
Roles & Responsibilities
Trade Management, Pricing & Cargo Flow
Lead the execution of regional trade strategies in alignment with Headquarters' commercial and network objectives.
Drive pricing and cargo flow initiatives to maximise volume, revenue, contribution and cargo quality.
Establish, review and benchmark local charges, free time policies and tariff structures to strengthen revenue performance, maintain commercial discipline and support the Company's strategic objectives.
Monitor market developments, customer demand and competitive activities to identify opportunities and risks.
