Senior QA Engineer (Manual) at BairesDev
As a Senior QA Engineer (Manual), you will oversee the quality and reliability of complex software products through meticulous validation and strategic testing. You will act as a guardian of the user experience, ensuring that every feature aligns with business requirements and performance standards before reaching production.
What You'll Do
Design and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans tailored to complex business logic and regulated environments.
Execute thorough exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues that automated scripts might overlook.
Perform deep data validation using SQL to ensure backend integrity and accurate information processing across systems.
Validate API functionalities and cross-platform integrations to maintain seamless communication between services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams during design reviews and sprint planning to identify potential risks early in the lifecycle.
Manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle, providing technical context and root cause analysis to streamline resolutions.
What We Are Looking For
4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Manual Testing.
Proven expertise in test case design, test planning, and exploratory testing.
Proficiency in bug tracking and manual API testing to identify complex defects.
Hands-on experience with SQL for data validation and verify
