Senior Engineer (Monitoring) at BairesDev

As a Senior Engineer (Monitoring), you will lead the design and implementation of large-scale observability systems to ensure the reliability of complex distributed environments. You will act as a specialist in transforming raw telemetry into actionable operational intelligence, enabling engineering teams to maintain high performance across diverse infrastructure.

What You'll Do

Architect and manage enterprise-grade observability platforms for metrics, logs, and traces.




Standardize telemetry data collection and instrumentation using OpenTelemetry and modern log pipelines.
Design sophisticated monitoring dashboards and visualization strategies to provide deep system visibility.
Partner with engineering teams to define robust alerting frameworks and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
Drive the adoption of advanced observability practices to accelerate incident detection and root cause analysis.
Optimize the performance and cost-efficiency of observability tools across hybrid cloud environments.

What We Are Looking For

4+ years of experience in Observability, Monitoring, or Site Reliability Engineering.
Proven expertise in building and scaling observability infrastructure for metrics, logging, and tracing.
Proficiency with monitoring and visualization tools including Prometheus and Grafana.
Hands-on experience with log management and pipelines using ELK, OpenSearch,
