What You'll Do
Champion a customer-first culture across the regional Product Support organisation, ensuring customer interactions strengthen customer satisfaction and trust. Provide visible leadership to customers and partners, representing Product Support at executive governance and strategic forums. Lead the regional Product Support organisation through experienced managers, with accountability for workforce planning and performance.
What We're Looking For
12+ years’ experience leading enterprise software support and/or service organisations, including significant experience leading regional operations. Bachelor's degree in healthcare, Computer Science or a related field. Fluent in English and Spanish.
