Job Summary
As Senior Lawyer, you will join our Legal team In this role,



you will report directly to the Assistant General Counsel for the South America Region. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the Chilean legal department by providing high-quality legal advice across a broad range of legal matters, but with special focus on transactional matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate, participate and support the Assistant General Counsel South America in M&A; transactions. It will be expected that the Senior Lawyer be able to manage the due diligence activities, draft and negotiate non-disclosure agreements, letters of intent, memorandum of understanding, non-binding and binding offers, share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, transition services agreements, asset transfer agreements, escrow agreements, etc. When applicable, draft and negotiate acquisition financing documentati
