Summary:
The Customer Training Specialist is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing training programs for Vincent & vLex customers in Chile, with a primary focus on the corporate segment (corporate law firms and in-
house legal departments), ensuring effective adoption from onboarding through mature usage.
This role is key to reducing time-to-value, improving adoption, and lowering churn risk within the Chilean corporate portfolio.
Based on performance, demonstrated initiative, and the growth needs of the business, the scope of this role may progressively expand toward other segments (Academic, Government) and/or other territories within the LatAm
operation, broadening responsibilities as operational expansion opportunities evolve.
Key Responsibilities





● Design and facilitate training sessions on Vincent & vLex (onboarding and advanced), aimed primarily at corporate customers, in virtual and in-person formats as applicable.
● Adapt Vincent & vLex's integral training content to the Chilean legal and regulatory context, and to the typical workflows of corporate legal departments and firms serving this segment.
● Collaborate closely with the Customer Success and Account Management teams to identify corporate accounts with low adoption levels and design corrective training plans.
● Develop training materials (guides, videos, webinars, certifications) in Spanish, aligned with Clio/vLex brand guidelines.
● Measure and report post-training adoption metrics (use of key features, Document Views, engagement) using HubSpot and other internal tools.
