POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Regional Sales Manager – South America
is responsible for developing and implementing strategic business plans to
maximize revenue, profitability, and market share within assigned markets. This
role will identify new business opportunities, strengthen customer
relationships, and drive sales performance through direct engagement and channel
management.

The position is based in Chile and supports regional operations, with primary
responsibility for Chile, Brazil, and Peru.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

The following responsibilities are representative and not exhaustive:

* Provide sales leadership to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability
objectives aligned with the Company’s Sales Plan




* Develop and execute business development strategies across existing and new
markets within the assigned region
* Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and strategic
partnerships
* Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with customers, distributors,
representatives, and OEM partners
* Manage and optimize sales channels to ensure effective market coverage and
growth
* Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance customer engagement and
brand presence in targeted industries
* Actively manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including opportunity
development, forecasting, proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract
execution
* Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
and reports
* Monitor and communicate market intelligence, including competitor activity,
pricing trends, and regional developments
* Support technical and commercial discussions in collaboration with
enginee
