The Service Operations Engineer plays a key role in supporting the delivery and execution of commissioning and maintenance services across HiTHIUM's Americas portfolio. This position is responsible for coordinating field operations, managing third-party vendors, controlling service costs, and ensuring strong communication between customers, internal teams, and service partners. The idóneo candidate is highly organized, comfortable working independently in a remote environment, and has experience in service operations within the energy or power systems industry.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Commissioning & Maintenance Operations:



Manage commissioning and maintenance requests from initiation to completion. Review project scope and technical requirements, coordinate remote and on-site service activities, and track milestones to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of contractual commitments.

Vendor Coordination & Field Dispatch: Coordinate and dispatch third-party service crews based on project needs and geographic location. Evaluate vendor capability, cost, and compliance qualifications, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and monitor vendor performance to support continuous improvement.

Cost Control & Service Planning: Support service RFP processes and review vendor quotations. Optimize labor allocation and service planning to control costs, while monitoring actual service hours and expenses against approved budgets.

Ticket Management & Issue Resolution: Manage service tickets through internal syste
