About the role
We are looking for a warm, empathetic, confident, and highly organized Client Success Coordinator, internally known as an Accountability Coach.
The Accountability Coach is the dedicated relationship owner for students and families throughout their egelloC program. You will serve as the consistent point of contact for matters outside college admissions coaching, including onboarding, student accountability, parent communication, scheduling, engagement tracking, and operational support.
You will work closely with Student Success Coaches, Admissions Essay Strategists, onboarding, client support, and operations to ensure that every family feels informed, supported, and confident throughout their journey.
Although this role includes the word “Coach,” this is not a college admissions coaching position. Your responsibility is to keep students engaged, parents informed, and internal teams aligned.
You are the operational glue that makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Excellent Communication
You can communicate professionally and empathetically through Zoom, phone, text, and email. Your spoken and written English should be at a C2 level or equivalent.

You understand how to communicate firm deadlines, scheduling changes, and operational updates with a calm and supportive tone.
Proactive Ownership
You do not wait for problems to escalate. You notice disengagement, missed milestones, and communication gaps, then take action before the family needs to ask.
